Week 11 - Canoe coaching and lead climbing
The second part of the course is very much student led. During this stage the instructors spend more time watching and giving feedback. As the weather held Bosigran, a classic cornish crag, invited the group to log a few more lead climbs taking them towards their SPA training criteria. Coaching different client groups in canoes on the water was also part of this week and is a prerequisite towards the level 2 assessment which is looming up for the students.
