Open Days for Instructor Training Courses
Our next open day is Saturday 7th August 2010

As part of the application process we ask that you attend one of our open days to ask the gritty questions and find out as much as you can about our courses.

Details:
The selection and open day is a great opportunity for you to come and meet us, find out about the course and decide if it is for you.

The day is also about us selecting people who are suitable for the course. We will be looking for people with the following:
• a clear understanding of what the course offers and what you can get out of it
• strong motivation to achieve your best
• interpersonal skills and life experience
• a passion for the outdoors

Previous experience in the outdoors is an advantage however it is not essential, we welcome people with no experience at all.

What it includes:
The day will start at 9.30am and finish at 4pm.

We will begin with an informal presentation about the Complete Instructor course with opportunities for questions then and throughout the day.

The rest of the time will involve being outside getting a taste of what’s to come on the course. Activities may include team problem solving exercises, canoeing, climbing or abseiling.
